This guide walks you through creating and delivering your first quotation from start to finish. The entire process — from client lookup to email delivery — takes only a few minutes once you are familiar with the workflow. Complete each step in order the first time so you understand how the sections connect.
GLAC Quote Tool calculates pricing automatically as you work through the form. Every time you select a market, add a service, or change an option, the estimated total updates in real time — you never need to enter prices manually.

Log in

Open GLAC Quote Tool and enter your email address and password on the login screen, then click Đăng nhập (Log in). If this is your first time, ask your administrator for your credentials. Once you log in successfully, you land on the main dashboard where your recent quotes are listed.

Look up your client

In the quote form, enter the client’s email address in the Email khách hàng field. If the client exists in the system, their name and previous quote count load automatically. This helps you confirm you are quoting the right contact and keeps the client’s history consistent across all quotes.

Fill in the quote form

Complete the six sections of the quote form: client details, target market, core services, pricing type, upsell services, and any additional notes or articles. Select the market that matches the client’s incorporation destination — for example, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, or Offshore. The form guides you through each section in sequence.

Review the pricing summary

After filling in the services, scroll to the pricing summary at the bottom of the form. Confirm the estimated total reflects the correct services and any upsell items you have added. If you need to adjust, go back to any section and make changes — the total updates instantly.

Export the PDF

Click Tải PDF (Export PDF) to generate a branded quotation document. The PDF opens in a new tab and is also saved automatically. You can download it to attach to an email or share it directly from the tool in the next step.

Send the quote by email

Click Gửi email (Send email) to open the email delivery panel. The recipient address pre-fills from the client’s email. Review the subject and message, then click Send. The quote is delivered from your connected Zoho Mail account, and the quote status updates to reflect that it has been sent.
