GLAC Quote Tool integrates with three external systems — VTiger CRM, Jira Service Management, and Zoho Mail — so you can look up client data, sync accepted quotes, and send emails without leaving the tool. Each integration appears naturally at the relevant step in your workflow, from the initial client search through to final quote delivery.

VTiger CRM

Search your company’s contacts and accounts by email or organization name during client lookup.

Jira Service Management

Look up Jira customers when creating a quote, and automatically create organizations after a quote is accepted.

Zoho Mail

Send formatted quote emails directly from the tool using your own Zoho Mail account.

Integrations are enabled per-deployment by your system administrator. If a source (CRM, Jira, or Zoho) does not appear in search results or the Settings page, the integration may not be configured for your deployment. Contact your administrator to enable it.
