With Zoho Mail connected, you can deliver a finished quote to a client in one click — no copy-pasting, no switching between applications. The email goes out from your own Zoho email address, includes your personal signature, and arrives fully formatted with the quote HTML already rendered.

What the email includes

Every quote email sent through the Zoho Mail integration contains:
  • The full HTML-formatted quote
  • Your personal email signature
  • Pre-filled To and CC addresses taken from the quote form
  • A pre-filled subject line
The email is sent from your individual Zoho email address, not a shared system address. Each consultant connects their own Zoho account separately, so every email comes from the right person.

Connecting your Zoho account

Each consultant connects their own Zoho Mail account via OAuth. For step-by-step instructions, see the Zoho connect guide.
Set up your email signature in Settings before sending your first quote. Go to Settings → Email Signature, paste or write your signature, and click Save. The signature is automatically included in every quote email you send.

What happens when you send

1

Click Send in the quote modal

Open the quote preview modal and click the Send button.
2

The tool sends the email via Zoho

The tool uses your connected Zoho account to send the email. If your session token has expired, it refreshes automatically — no action required on your part.
3

Confirm delivery

A success notification appears in the tool to confirm that the email has been delivered.

Fallback when Zoho is not connected

If you have not connected a Zoho account, the tool provides a manual fallback:
  1. A new Zoho Mail compose tab opens in your browser with the To, CC, and Subject fields already filled in.
  2. The formatted quote HTML is copied to your clipboard automatically.
  3. Paste the clipboard content into the email body to complete the email manually.
Zoho Mail requires Supabase Mode. The feature is unavailable in Demo Mode. If the Send button is missing or your Zoho connection options do not appear in Settings, check the mode indicator in the top-right corner of the app. Contact your administrator if you need to switch to Supabase Mode.
