The quote form is the central place where you build every quotation. It is divided into sections that take you from identifying the client all the way through to optional add-on services. Work through the sections in order to avoid missing required fields, and use the live price panel on the right to confirm the total as you go.

Section 2 — Market Selection

Choose the incorporation market. Available markets are:

When you select Singapore, three additional service checkboxes appear:

Check the boxes for any services that apply. Each selection adds to the calculated system price automatically.

Select the client’s Business Field (industry category) from the dropdown. If none of the listed categories fits, choose Others and type a custom description in the field that appears.
5

Section 4 — Pricing

Choose between two pricing modes:
  • System — The price is calculated automatically based on your market and Singapore service selections. No input required.
  • Custom — Enter a price manually in the Custom Price field. A Reason field becomes required; describe why you are overriding the system price.
See the Pricing guide for exact price breakdowns by market.

  • Embassy Fee
  • Travel
  • Shipping
When you click Generate Quote (or Download PDF), the tool saves the current form data automatically. You do not need to save manually before generating a PDF or sending the email.

Tips for common scenarios

Select Others in Section 2 and type the destination country name in the text field. The PDF template will reflect the custom market name.
Choose Others in Section 3 and enter the industry description manually. The custom text appears in the PDF under the service type field.
In Section 1, add each recipient to the TO Email or CC Email fields. Type the address and press Enter or comma to add it as a tag. Remove any tag by clicking the × next to it.
