After generating a quote, you can send it directly to the client by email without leaving the tool. Two delivery methods are available: an automated send through your connected Zoho Mail account, or a manual compose flow that opens Zoho Mail in your browser with all fields pre-filled.
Delivery methods
When your Zoho Mail account is connected in Settings, the tool sends the email on your behalf directly from your Zoho account. The email includes the rendered HTML quote and your personal email signature.Connect your Zoho account
Go to Settings and click Connect Zoho Mail. Complete the Zoho authorization flow. Once connected, your Zoho email address is shown in the Settings page.
Generate the quote
Fill out the quote form and click Generate Quote. The preview modal opens.
Review recipient details
In the modal, review the To and CC fields. Both fields support multiple email addresses — add or remove tags as needed before sending.
Send the email
Click the Send button in the modal. The tool sends the email from your Zoho account, including the HTML quote content and your saved email signature. A confirmation notification appears when the send is successful.
Your email signature is configured separately in Settings → Email Signature. Set it up once and it is appended automatically to every quote email you send.
If your Zoho account is not connected, or if you prefer to compose manually, the tool opens a Zoho Mail compose window in a new browser tab with the To, CC, and Subject fields pre-filled. The HTML quote content is copied to your clipboard so you can paste it into the email body.Generate the quote
Fill out the quote form and click Generate Quote. The preview modal opens.
Click Send
Click the Send button in the modal. The tool copies the HTML quote to your clipboard and opens Zoho Mail in a new tab.
Paste the content
In the Zoho Mail compose window, click into the email body and paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V). The pre-formatted HTML quote content is inserted.
Review and send
Confirm the To, CC, and Subject fields, then send the email from Zoho Mail as normal.
The compose window pre-fills these fields automatically:
- To — the TO email addresses from Section 1 of the form
- CC — the CC email addresses from Section 1
- Subject — “Báo giá dịch vụ [service name] - [Client Name]“
What the email includes
Regardless of delivery method, every quote email contains:
- Client salutation and name in the greeting
- The full quote content rendered in HTML
- Service package and pricing details matching the PDF
- Your personal email signature (automated method only)
Managing TO and CC recipients
The TO Email and CC Email fields in Section 1 of the form use a tag-style input. To add an address, type it and press Enter or comma. To remove an address, click the × on its tag. You can add as many addresses as needed to both fields.
Update the TO and CC fields directly in the send modal before clicking Send if you need to adjust recipients at the last moment, without going back to edit the form.
Using the quick send flow
Instead of generating a preview first, you can click Tạo và gửi tự động (Create and send automatically). This button saves the quote, copies the HTML content to your clipboard, and immediately opens the Zoho Mail compose window — all in one step. Use this when you want to skip the preview and send quickly.
The quick send flow opens the Zoho Mail compose window regardless of whether your Zoho account is connected. If you want the email sent fully automatically without opening a browser tab, use the standard Generate → Send flow with Zoho connected.
