The GLAC Quote Tool calculates pricing automatically as you fill out the form. A live price panel on the right side of the form updates in real time every time you change a market, add a Singapore service, or select an upsell. You never need to calculate totals manually for standard packages.

System pricing by market

System pricing is the default mode. When you select a market in Section 2, the base price is applied immediately. For Singapore, additional service fees are added only when you check the corresponding boxes.

Market comparison

SingaporeHong KongUSOffshore
Base price$3,490$3,050$2,190$2,800
Director Fee$2,500$1,500$2,000$1,000
Secretary Fee$990$900$1,200$600
Support Fee$500$1,800$2,200$1,200
For Hong Kong, US, and Offshore markets, the Director, Secretary, and Support fees are included in standard service packages and are not toggled individually on the form. Only Singapore exposes these as separate checkboxes.

Singapore service checkboxes

When you select Singapore as the market, three optional service checkboxes appear in Section 2. Each checked service adds its fee to the running total:
Service checkboxFee added
Director Fee (nominee director)+$2,500
Secretary Fee (company secretary)+$990
Support Fee (ongoing support)+$500
A Singapore quote with all three services checked has a system total of 3,490+3,490 + 2,500 + 990+990 + 500 = $7,480 before any upsells.

Upsell service pricing

Select upsell services in Section 5. Fixed-price upsells are added to the total automatically. Custom-priced upsells appear in the PDF but do not contribute a fixed amount to the calculated total.

Upsell sections in the PDF are ordered to match the sequence you arrange them on the form. Drag the upsell cards to change the order before generating the PDF if presentation sequence matters to the client.

Custom pricing

Use Custom pricing when the standard system price does not apply — for example, when offering a promotional rate or a negotiated package price.
1

Select the Custom pricing option

In Section 4, select Custom instead of System.
2

Enter the price

Type the agreed price into the Custom Price field. The live price panel on the right updates to reflect your entry.
3

Provide a reason

The Reason field becomes required when Custom is selected. Enter a brief explanation — for example, “Promotional rate for APAC campaign Q2” or “Existing client discount applied”.
Use custom pricing when a client has been quoted a negotiated rate verbally or when a promotional discount applies. The reason field is for internal reference and does not appear in the client-facing PDF.

Document legalization pricing

Document legalization quotes use a separate pricing structure. Instead of a single base price, the total is built from the document types you select and the additional cost fields you fill in.

Per-document pricing

Select each document type in Section 6 by clicking its card. Use the + and steppers to set the quantity. The unit price for each document type is shown on its card. The tool multiplies unit price by quantity and sums all selected document rows automatically.

Additional costs

After selecting your document types, enter the applicable additional costs:
Cost fieldDescription
Document PreparationFee for preparing the legalization file set
Legal Authentication (Apostille)Apostille certification at the Singapore Academy of Law
Embassy FeeConsular legalization at the Vietnamese Embassy
TravelTransportation of documents between offices
ShippingCourier fee to send documents back to Vietnam
The Apostille and Embassy fee rows in the PDF display a multiplied quantity that reflects the total number of document sets selected.

The live price panel

The panel to the right of the form always reflects the current calculated total. It shows a line-by-line breakdown of the base price, each selected Singapore service, any upsells, and the grand total. Use it to verify the quote total before generating the PDF.
