Quotes table columns
The table displays the following columns by default. Use the column visibility picker (described below) to show or hide columns to match your workflow.| Column | What it shows |

| Quote Code | The unique quote identifier (e.g., G2604-1001-IN01) |
| Client Name | The client’s salutation and full name |
| Market | The incorporation or service market (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, US, Offshore) |
| Pricing Type | Whether the quote used system pricing or a custom price |
| Estimated Total | The total quoted amount in USD |
| Consultant | The name of the consultant who created the quote |
| Date | The date the quote was submitted |
| Status | The current status of the quote (e.g., created) |
| Jira | A badge appears here if the quote has been synced to Jira Service Management |
Quote stats
Above the table, the dashboard shows summary statistics for your quotes — including total quote count and a breakdown by market. Admins see team-wide totals; regular consultants see only their own figures.Regular consultants see only their own submitted quotes in the table and stats.Admins see every consultant’s quotes across the entire team. Admins can filter and sort across all records to review team-wide activity.
Customizing the table view
Click the column visibility picker (the columns icon near the top-right of the table) to open a checklist of all available columns. Toggle any column on or off — the table updates immediately. Your preference is applied for the current session.Viewing a quote
Find the quote row
Locate the quote you want to review in the table. Use the sort and filter controls to narrow down the list if needed.
Review the PDF preview
The modal shows a full PDF preview of the quote as it was sent to the client. Scroll within the modal to read the full document.
Jira sync badge
If a quote’s client has been pushed to Jira Service Management, a Jira badge appears in the Jira column for that row. Quotes without this badge have not yet been synced. See Sync quotes to Jira Service Management for how to push a client to Jira.Clients tab
Switch to the Clients tab (next to the Quotes tab) to see a list of all known clients in the system. Each row shows:- Client ID — the unique identifier assigned to the client (e.g.,
G2604-1001) - Email — the client’s primary email address
- Name — the client’s name as recorded on their most recent quote
- Quote count — how many quotes exist for this client
- Last activity — the date of the client’s most recent quote
