The Quotes page gives you a complete history of all quotations you have submitted through the GLAC Quote Tool. Each row in the table represents one submitted quote, and you can open a full PDF preview of any quote without leaving the page.

Quotes table columns

The table displays the following columns by default. Use the column visibility picker (described below) to show or hide columns to match your workflow.

Quote stats

Above the table, the dashboard shows summary statistics for your quotes — including total quote count and a breakdown by market. Admins see team-wide totals; regular consultants see only their own figures.
Regular consultants see only their own submitted quotes in the table and stats.Admins see every consultant’s quotes across the entire team. Admins can filter and sort across all records to review team-wide activity.

Customizing the table view

Click the column visibility picker (the columns icon near the top-right of the table) to open a checklist of all available columns. Toggle any column on or off — the table updates immediately. Your preference is applied for the current session.

Viewing a quote

1

Find the quote row

Locate the quote you want to review in the table. Use the sort and filter controls to narrow down the list if needed.
2

Click the view button

Click the view button (eye icon) in the row. The quote preview modal opens.
3

The modal shows a full PDF preview of the quote as it was sent to the client. Scroll within the modal to read the full document.
4

Close the modal

Click the close button or click outside the modal to return to the table.

Jira sync badge

If a quote’s client has been pushed to Jira Service Management, a Jira badge appears in the Jira column for that row. Quotes without this badge have not yet been synced. See Sync quotes to Jira Service Management for how to push a client to Jira.

Clients tab

Switch to the Clients tab (next to the Quotes tab) to see a list of all known clients in the system. Each row shows:
  • Client ID — the unique identifier assigned to the client (e.g., G2604-1001)
  • Email — the client’s primary email address
  • Name — the client’s name as recorded on their most recent quote
  • Quote count — how many quotes exist for this client
  • Last activity — the date of the client’s most recent quote
Use the Clients tab to look up a client’s ID before creating a new quote, or to verify that a client’s details are up to date across all their quotes.
