After you submit a quote, you can push the client’s information to Jira Service Management (JSM) directly from the Quotes dashboard. This creates the client’s organization and customer account in your service desk automatically, so you do not need to enter the details manually in Jira.
Syncing a quote creates live records in Jira Service Management — a new Organization and Customer account. Verify the client name, email, market, and service type on the quote before you proceed. Records created in Jira cannot be automatically removed by the tool.
The Jira integration must be configured by your administrator before the sync button is available. If the Tạo Jira Ticket button is missing or disabled, contact your administrator to enable the integration.

What the sync creates in Jira

For each quote you sync, the tool performs the following steps in Jira Service Management:
  1. Creates a new Organization named in the format: [Market] ServiceType - Salutation Name - DD/MM/YYYY (for example: [Singapore] Incorporation - Mr. Nguyen Van A - 10/04/2026)
  2. Creates or finds a Customer account using the client’s email address. If a customer with that email already exists in JSM, the existing account is used.
  3. Adds the customer to the organization.
  4. Sets the Client ID custom field on the customer record using the Client ID from your quote.
  5. Adds the organization to your Service Desk so it appears in your JSM project.

How to sync a quote to Jira

Go to the Quotes dashboard

Click Quotes in the sidebar to open the quotes history table.

Select one or more quote rows

Check the checkbox on the left side of each quote row you want to sync. You can select multiple rows to sync several clients in one action.

Click Tạo Jira Ticket

Click the Tạo Jira Ticket button above the table. The button is disabled until you select at least one row.

Confirm bulk sync (if syncing multiple)

If you selected more than one quote, a confirmation prompt appears showing how many clients will be synced. Click OK to proceed, or Cancel to go back and review your selection.

Wait for the sync to complete

The button shows a spinner while the sync runs. Each quote is processed in sequence. A success notification appears when all selected quotes have been synced.

Check the Jira badge

After a successful sync, the quotes table reloads and a Jira badge appears in the Jira column for each synced quote row.

Bulk sync

You can sync multiple clients in one operation by selecting several rows before clicking Tạo Jira Ticket. The tool processes each quote one at a time and shows a combined result notification — for example, “3 thành công, 0 thất bại”. If any individual sync fails, the notification shows how many succeeded and how many failed, along with the Client ID of any failed records so you can retry them individually.
