Your GLAC Quote Tool account gives you access to the quotation workspace and determines which quotes you can view. This page covers how to sign in, recover access if you forget your password, understand what your role allows, and log out when you are done.

Navigate to the GLAC Quote Tool URL provided by your administrator. On the login screen, enter your email address and password, then click Đăng nhập (Log in). The tool loads your dashboard immediately after a successful login.
In Demo Mode, use the shared credential admin@glac.com with password admin123 to access the tool. Data saved in Demo Mode is stored only in your current browser and is not shared with other users or devices.

Reset a forgotten password

If you cannot remember your password, use the built-in reset flow to set a new one. This feature requires Supabase Mode — it is not available in Demo Mode.
1

Open the reset screen

On the login page, click Quên mật khẩu? (Forgot password?) below the login button.
2

Enter your email address

Type the email address associated with your GLAC Quote Tool account and click Gửi link đặt lại (Send reset link).
3

Check your inbox

Open your email inbox and look for a message from GLAC Quote Tool. Click the reset link inside the email to continue.
4

Set your new password

After clicking the link, you are taken back to the tool where you can enter and confirm your new password. Once saved, log in with your new credentials.
The password reset link expires after a short period. If you click the link and see an error, return to the login page and request a new reset link.

User roles and access levels

Your role controls which quotes appear in your dashboard.
RoleWhat you can see
Consultant (standard user)Only quotes you have created
AdminAll quotes from every consultant on the team, plus the full admin dashboard
If you need admin access, contact your GLAC system administrator. Admins are assigned by the team’s account owner and cannot be self-promoted.

Log out

To log out, open the user menu in the sidebar — look for your name or avatar near the bottom of the left panel. Click your name to expand the menu, then select Đăng xuất (Log out). You are returned to the login screen and your session ends.
