From looking up a client’s history to generating a branded PDF and delivering it by email, the entire quotation workflow lives in one place. Whether you’re quoting for a Singapore incorporation or an offshore structure, the tool guides you through each step and calculates pricing automatically.

Build structured quotations across six service sections. Prices calculate automatically as you fill in the form.

Look up clients

Search existing clients by email to pull in their details and track how many quotes they have received.

Export to PDF

Generate a high-quality, branded PDF of any quote with a single click — ready to attach or share immediately.

Send by email

Deliver quotes directly to clients from within the tool, using your connected Zoho Mail account.

Admin dashboard

Admins can view all quotes across the team, track pipeline activity, and monitor consultant output.

Jira sync

Linked service requests are tracked in Jira so delivery teams stay in sync with what was quoted.

Two operating modes

The tool runs in one of two modes depending on how it is configured for your organization. You can identify the current mode from the indicator in the top-right corner of the screen.

In Demo Mode, any quotes you create are saved only in your current browser. Clearing your browser data or switching devices will erase them. Contact your administrator if you need to switch to Supabase Mode.

User roles

Your role in the tool determines which quotes you can see.
  • Consultant (standard user) — You can create new quotes and view quotes you have created.
  • Admin — You can view all quotes created by every consultant on the team, and access the full admin dashboard.
