Connecting your Zoho Mail account lets you send quote emails directly from the GLAC Quote Tool. Instead of copying the quote content and pasting it into your email client, you click Send and the tool delivers the email from your own Zoho address automatically.
The connection uses the OAuth 2.0 standard. Your Zoho password is never shared with or stored in the GLAC Quote Tool — you authorize access through Zoho’s own login page, and the tool receives a secure token that it uses on your behalf.
Connecting Zoho Mail requires the tool to be running in Supabase Mode (not Demo Mode). The mode indicator in the top-right corner of the screen shows which mode is active. If you see Demo Mode, contact your administrator to enable Supabase Mode. The Zoho integration must also be enabled by your administrator before the connect button appears in Settings.
Each consultant connects their own Zoho Mail account individually. Connecting your account does not affect any other consultant’s connection, and emails you send come from your personal Zoho address.
How to connect your Zoho account
Open Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar.
Click Kết nối Zoho Mail
In the Zoho Mail section, click the Kết nối Zoho Mail button. The tool saves a secure state token and opens the Zoho authorization page in your browser.
Sign in to Zoho
On the Zoho authorization page, sign in with your Zoho Mail account credentials if you are not already signed in.
Click Allow
Review the permissions requested — the tool requests access to send emails and read your account details. Click Allow (or Accept) to grant access.
Wait for the redirect
Zoho redirects your browser back to the GLAC Quote Tool. The tool automatically exchanges the authorization code for an access token. A success notification appears: Đã kết nối Zoho Mail: your@email.com
What the Settings page shows after connecting
Once connected, the Zoho Mail section in Settings displays:
- Your Zoho email address — confirms which account is linked.
- Connection date — when you first authorized the connection.
- Last token refresh date — when the access token was most recently renewed.
Token refresh
The tool refreshes your Zoho access token automatically in the background whenever it expires. You do not need to reconnect periodically. You only need to reconnect if you manually revoke the GLAC Quote Tool’s access from within your Zoho account settings.
Disconnecting your Zoho account
To remove the connection, click Ngắt kết nối in the Zoho Mail section of Settings. This immediately revokes the tool’s access token and removes your stored credentials. You can reconnect at any time by following the steps above.
