Where to find the signature editor
Open Settings in the sidebar, then scroll to the Email Signature section. The editor has two tabs:- Visual — shows a rendered preview of your signature exactly as it will appear in an email client, isolated from the rest of the page’s styles.
- HTML — shows the raw HTML source that you can edit directly.
Setting up your signature
Go to Settings → Email Signature
Click Settings in the sidebar. The Email Signature section appears on the page.
Enter or paste your signature HTML
You have two options:Option A — Type or paste HTML directly:
Click the HTML tab and type or paste your signature’s HTML code into the editor.Option B — Paste formatted content:
Stay on the Visual tab and click Paste. A rich-text paste area appears. Copy your formatted signature from your email client (such as Zoho Mail or Outlook) and paste it into the area. Click Confirm to apply, or Cancel to discard.
Preview your signature
Click the Visual tab to see a rendered preview of how your signature will look in an email client. The preview updates in real time as you edit the HTML.
How the signature is stored
Your signature is stored server-side in your account. It is available on any device you use to log in — you do not need to set it up again on a new browser or computer.Clearing your signature
Click Clear to remove your saved signature.Clearing your signature removes it from all future quote emails you send from the tool. Emails already sent are not affected. If you clear your signature by mistake, you can paste it again and save it to restore it.
